NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1203229CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. S/B/M CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC S/B/M CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT D. BUCZKO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 241, SATURNIA LAKES-PLAT THREE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, at Page 67, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
