NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0900093CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein PFCA HOME EQUITY INVESTMENT TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-IFCl, is Plaintiff, and LEYDI DOMINGUEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a m at the lobby, 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse , 3315 Tamiami Trail East , Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 220, OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 124 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
