Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 34, BLOCK 27, GOLDEN GATE UNIT N0.2,ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65 TO 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale on August 21, 2013, at eleven o'clock a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
