NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004384 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2006-A2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Michael Anderson a/k/a Michael G. Anderson, IPB Commercial Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
GUESTROOM UNIT 604, PHASE ONE, IPB COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3949, PAGE 1076, INCLUSIVE AND FURTHER AMENDMENTS IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
