NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11 2010 CA 000479, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SHARON DILL KING A/K/A SHARON KING, AMERICREDIT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., TIMMIE BION KING, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON DILL KING A/K/A SHARON KING N/K/A SHARON KING and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 13, Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida; thence along the West line of said Section 13, South 00 degrees 14' East, 460.0 feet; thence parallel with the North line of said Section 13, North 89 degrees 13'East, 175.0 feet to the East line of a deeded street as recorded in Deed Book 54, pages 365-368, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence along the East line of said deeded street and parallel with the West line of said Section 13, North 00 degrees 14' West, 70.0 feet for a Place of Beginning; thence continuing North 00 14' West, 58.12 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13' West, 10.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 14' West, 50.0 feet to the South line of a 150 foot drainage easement as recorded in Deed Book 28, page 128, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence along said South line North 89 degrees 13' East, 72.60 feet; thence South 00 degrees 14' East, 88.12 feet, thence North 89 degrees 13' East, 12.50 feet; thence South 00 degrees 14' East, 20.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13' West, 75.10 feet to the Place of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
