NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 089357CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19 day of August, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK K, THE MOORINGS UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 27 AND 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
