NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 18, 2013 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on on August 19, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as described in Paragraph 6, on the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.:
The North 1/2 of Tract 8 West, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 35, in accordance with and subject to plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 85, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said tract 8 West; thence South 88Ëš20'00” West, 7.94 feet along the North boundary of said Tract 8 West, thence leaving said North boundary, South 00Ëš19'10” West, 30.02 feet, parallel with and 7.94 feet West of the East boundary of said Tract 8 West, to an intersection with the South boundary of a 30 foot wide drainage easement; thence North 88Ëš20'00” West, 7.94 feet along the South boundary of said drainage easement to the East boundary of said Tract 8 West; thence North 00Ëš19'10” East, 30.02 feet along the East boundary of said Tract 8 West to the Point of Beginning.
