notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 22, 2013, entered in Case No.: 12-CA-4520 of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Larry G. Rzasa, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at The Lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, in the Collier County Courthouse, Building 3315, Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, on AUGUST 19, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Legal: THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 912, BUILDING NO. 9, TOPAZ AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS PURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1655, PAGES 382 THROUGH 472, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
NOTICE Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
