NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002696 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Bayne O. Beecher, Dian S. Beecher, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CTX Mortgage Company, LLC, Tenant #1 n/k/a Juan Cabrera, Tenant #2 n/k/a Dania de la Torre, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 80 FEET OF: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4; THENCE GO SOUTH ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 309 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY BANK OF A DITCH; THENCE MEANDERING TO SAID NORTHERLY BANK OF SAID DITCH 175 FEET; MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT WHICH IS 160 FEET WEST OF SAID EAST LINE OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4; THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO SAID EAST LINE, 239 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4; THENCE GO EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, 160 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE ABOVE LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 860, PAGE 635 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
