NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007-4533-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MARTHA NINO, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA NINO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 117, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 86, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
