Final Judgment was awarded on July 24, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 10-4229-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-62 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-62, is the Plaintiff and Edwin Rogers, Sr., Marianne Rogers, Tuscany Cove Master Property, Kathy Verdes and Constanin Verdes are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on AUGUST 19, 2013, at Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
BLOCK F, LOT 229, TUSCANY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA (“PROPERTY”).

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
