NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-002255 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 21 day of august, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, INDIGO LAKES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 73 THROUGH 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
