NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1300001CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and TYRONE DAVIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 30, UNIT 79, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
