NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated JULY 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003565 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Eva E. Cabral, as Trustee of The Eva D. Cabral Revocable Living Trust Dated 08/08/1996 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on AUGUST 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 501-A, NAPLES BATH & TENNIS CLUB, UNIT G, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 893, PAGES 1005 THROUGH 1043, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OR BOOK 1825, PAGE 1861 THROUGH 1902, INCLSUIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
