notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated July 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003519 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as trustee for WaMu Mortgage pass-through Certificates Series 2004-PR2 Trust, Plaintiff and James E. Jenkins and Diana L. Jenkins f/k/a Diana L. Thomas, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., on August 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. F -204, LAKEVIEW II AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR LAKEVIEW II AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2325, PAGE 2130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDED BY CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT (SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION BUILDING E), AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2381, PAGE 1220, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDED BY CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT (SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION BUILDING F), AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2388, PAGE 2094, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NO. F4, AS SHOWN TN EXHIBIT “B” TO SAID DECLARATION: TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
