NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000316 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and KRISTO MISKA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTO MISKA N/K/A ELCA MISKA; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2001, BUILDING 20, PHASE 6, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE, SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3690, PAGE 1203, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3716, PAGE 818, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3753, PAGE 1870, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
