NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001379 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and JOSE VILLEGAS; GUILLERMO VENEGAS; MARIA ELENA VENEGAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 80 FEET OF THE WEST 258 FEET OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF BLOCK 2, SUNNY ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
