NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001229 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and John K. Mills, Jr. a/k/a John K. Mills and Jennifer A. Mills a/k/a Jennifer A. Rose are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5141, MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE V-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 60 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
