NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24 day of JULY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010052, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff and JESSICA GUIDA, SUN CATCHER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA GUIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL S. HARRIS, MICHAEL S. HARRIS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
C-4 UNIT, SUN CATCHER, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED ON OR BOOK 1148, PAGE 594, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
