SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK SOUTHWEST, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER K. ROBBINS A/K/A JENNIFER ROBBINS; HARBOR OAKS CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 09/03/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
