Ruggiero, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Suntrust Mortgage, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00AM on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
