Trust 2007-he2 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-he2, is the Plaintiff and Roy West SR, Georgia Receivables, INC, Pasco County, Florida, S.G Signature Construction Corp, Patty M. West a/k/a Patricia M West, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00AM on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
