NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2012, and entered in 51-2008-CA009550 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES AEG 2006 HE1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERITIFICATES SERIES AEG 2006HE1, is the Plaintiff and ERNEST GRIECO; ROBBIE GRIECO; PRIMEQUITY, LLC; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISLSIONERS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, SEA PINES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
