Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 19, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 26, BLOCK 2, MEADOW POINTE III, PHASE 1, UNIT 2A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1822 RENSSELAER DR, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 19, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
