NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-002652ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of August, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com , relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. THENCE ALONG THE EAST LINE THEREOF, RUN SOUTH 782.00 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 200.60 FEET, THENCE S. 89Ëš38`35” W., 625.28 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF A 50.00 FOOT WIDE INGRESS-EGRESS EASEMENT. KNOWN AS MT. OLIVE ROAD, AND BEING FORMERLY KNOWN AS O`BERRY ROAD. THENCE ALONG SAID CENTERLINE N.00Ëš47`57” E., 200.64 FEET, THENCE N.89Ëš38`35” E., 622.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO AN INGRESS-EGRESS EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 25.00 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
