NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013 and entered in case 2012-CA-005337 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as successor in interest by merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Shane R. Albrecht is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on the 28 of AUGUST, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 63, West Port Subdivision, Unit Two, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 149 and Page 150 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
