NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51 08 CA 2324 ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CWABS, INC.,ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY N SMITH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY N. SMITH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNCOAST MEADOWS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; CAPITAL ONE BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 08/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
