Being one acre in the Southeast Corner of Tract Number One Hundred Twenty Eight (128) in Section Twenty One (21), Township 26 South, Range Twenty One (21) East, as the same is shown, numbered and described on the map or plat of the ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS file in the public records of Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as beginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract and running in a Northerly direction 208 feet, thence in a Westerly direction 208 feet, thence in a Southerly direction 208 feet, thence in an Easterly direction 208 feet to the Point of Beginning. Together with Mobile Home, more specifically described as follows: 1999 REDMAN ID# FLA14614775.
in an electronic sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on SEPTEMBER 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
