Bracewell, n/k/a Christyn A. Fuller are the Defendants, I will seill to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 26, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE:
LOT 16, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 65 FEET AND THE NORTH 100 FEET THEREOF, PINE ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 156, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
