NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010953 ES in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida. Plaintiff is FORECLOSED ASSETS SALES AND TRANSFER PARTNERSHIP, LP, and the Defendants are BEVERLY GARRETT, and any and all parties claiming by, though, under and against the herein individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, weather said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devises, grantees or other claimants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash auction held on line at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2013.
