THE EAST 103.46 FEET OP TRACT 9 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF OAKWOOD ACRES, SAID TRACT 9 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 3.0 FEET THEREOF; THE NORTH 50.0 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
