Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 15, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING O OF GULF HARBORS CONDOMINIUM SECTION ELEVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 113-115, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 463, PAGES 531-559, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4736 JASPER DRIVE #204, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34652; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 29, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
