Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 16, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 5656 RIVERVIEW DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34652; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 29, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
