Final Judgment was awarded on July 15, 2013 in Civil Case No.:51-2011-CA-004360-WS J3, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL B. WAX A/K/A MICHAEL WAX; DANIELLE S. WAX A/K/A DANIELLE WAX; LITTLE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAYMEE WALLACE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CRAIG WALLACE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
