KOZIOL A/K/A GERALD KOZIOL; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BECON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEACON WOODS EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
