Final Judgment was awarded on July 15, 2013 in Civil Case No.:51-2012-CA-002145WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and, FRANK CASSAGNOL; RUTH CASSAGNOL; REGENCY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on August 29, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
