Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein, Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and DAVID R. TICHENOR; ELIZABETH R. TICHENOR; FISHERMAN'S BAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, as Successor in Interest to Chase Bank USA, N.A.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, Successor in Interest by Merger with Wachovia Bank, NA, as Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC, as Receiver for Southeast Bank, N.A.; PNC BANK, NA, as Successor by Merger to RBC Bank, a national banking association; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC, as Receiver for Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA; and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants I, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
