NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 014441 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SARM 05-19XS, is Plaintiff and JANE DOE , JOHN DOE , FIRST STATE BANK, A FLORIDA BANKING CORPORATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN T. NAY, IF MARRIED, JOHN T. NAY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 19, 2013, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 72 FEET OF LOT 10, AND LOT 11, LESS THE NORTH 28 FEET OF THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 24, REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A TEN FOOT PARCEL OF LAND ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE THEREOF (BEING A PART OF ROBERTS POINT ROAD AS ORIGINALLY PLATTED).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
