NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 009492 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and MEREDITH L. CROOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MEREDITH L. CROOKS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA; BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENEVA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; BENEVA VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC,; BENEVA SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 14thday of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 343, BENEVA RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1140, PAGE 1097 THROUGH 1145, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 26, 26-A AND 26-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4001 BENEVA RD 343, SARASOTA, FL 34233.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
