NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010955-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST RICHARD A. KRAWETZ, DECEASED; ANNE HALIDAY BUCHANAN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD A. KRAWETZ A/K/A RICHARD AUGUST KRAWETZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 27 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
