NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 1, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2009 CA 017064 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE, FOR RALI 2006-SQ11 is the Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER S. MASAR; JACQUELLA MASAR; MEYER MONCICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER S. MASAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MEYER MONCICK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Donald C. Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on August 30, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 2, PALM VIEW SUBDIVISION, RESUBDIVISION OF GROVE LOT 93, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 169, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
