NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 23, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 58-2009-CA- 016211 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST DORIS L. KERWIN A/K/A DORIS LILLIAN KERWIN DECEASED; LINDA LOUISE ASKUE A/K/A LINDA L. ASKUE A/K/A LINDA K. ASKUE, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DORIS L. KERWIN A/K/A DORIS LILLIAN KERWIN, DECEASED; MICHAEL J. KERWIN A/K/A MICHAEL KERWIN A/K/A MIKE KERWIN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DORIS L. KERWIN A/K/A DORIS LILLIAN KERWIN, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 08/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
