NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 014498 SC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 14th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
