NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-4724-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DFRP NOTE PURCHASE PARTNERS I, LP is Plaintiff and JOSEPH JACKSON and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 13, 2013, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 837, Nineteenth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 7, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
