NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 018630 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and BROOKS C. PAXTON; DIANE L. PAXTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERT are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 23, 13TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
