NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-004023 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ROBERT KONECNIK, DECEASED; JOHN PAUL KONECNIK, JR. A/K/A JOHN P. KONECNIK, JR. A/K/A JOHN PAUL KONECNIK, AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF ROBERT KONECNIK A/K/A ROBERT WAYNE KONECNIK A/K/A ROBERT W. KONECNIK, DECEASED; STEPHEN E. KONECNIK, AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF ROBERT KONECNIK A/K/A ROBERT WAYNE KONECNIK A/K/A ROBERT W. KONECNIK, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 27th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
