NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 22, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2012 CA 004366 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-7 HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and, HELTON G. MAMAN; MADALENA MAMAN A/K/A MADALENA K. MAMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MYLENA MAMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A EDUARDO MAMAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on August 27, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 526, BRENTWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 49 AND 49-A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LAND CONVEYED TO SARASOTA COUNTY, RECORDED 10/18/2007, IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2007158263
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
