NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015624 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH ANN EPSTEIN A/K/A ELIZABETH A. EPSTEIN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, AND THE EASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK B, BROOKSIDE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 195 THROUGH 196, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING NORTH OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 7 AND THE EASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK B, BROOKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 195 THROUGH 196, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOUNDED BY SAID LOTS ON THE SOUTH, BY THE CENTERLINE OF THE BROOK ON THE NORTH, AND BY THE NORTHERLY PROJECTIONS TO THE CENTERLINE OF SAID BROOK OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7 AND THE WEST LINE OF THE EASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 8 FOR THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARIES RESPECTIVELY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
