NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above noted case that the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SW ΒΌ OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION l0, 396.35 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 89'04' EAST 208 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 60 FEET; THENCE N 89'04' WEST 208 FEET; THENCE NORTH 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND
BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 10, 336.35 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 89'04' EAST 208 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 60 FEET; THENCE N 89'04' WEST 208 FEET; THENCE NORTH 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND
THE WEST 50 FEET OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL BE FOREVER RESERVED AS A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES.
TOGETHER WITH EASEMENT OVER WEST 50 FEET AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 309, PAGE 211, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with all erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses, and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights royalties and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters; all right, title and interest in and to all leases of the above described property and all rents from the property.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 4TH day of September, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with said clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of sale by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
