NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 001279 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STARM 2007-2 is Plaintiff and ROSS I. SALDAN, A/K/A ROSTYSLAV I. SALDAN, SALDAN MCKENZIE, INC., F/K/A SALDAN CONSULTING, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 28, 2013, at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6. HIGH POINT CIRCLE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
